Hi, I’m Mary K. Morrow, the owner and founder of 1902 Consulting.

I am an Enrolled Agent with 15 years of bookkeeping and tax experience across multiple industries. I’ve worked with many businesses of varying sizes preparing their financial statements and tax returns, filing their sales & franchise tax, and helping them navigate the complicated terrain of tax compliance. I’ve helped new businesses get off the ground and given them the guidance they needed for what comes next. I’ve taken books that were an absolute mess for established businesses and made them pristine. I’ve designed internal processes and controls for companies that maximized efficiencies and minimized risks.
